COURSE CONTENT:
This course provides essential skills if you are going to be involved in the sale and service of gambling activities in licensed premises. When you finish this course, you’ll be able to:
- Understand the law, codes of conduct and standards for Gaming operations
- Provide information and advice to customers about problem gambling and support services
- Instigate venue-initiated exclusion and maintain records
- Ensure that responsible gaming procedures are followed
CERTIFICATION:
Once the course has been completed, you will receive an email from NSW Department of Industry to complete an online assessment.
The NSW Department of Industry will issue an Interim certificate (which you can work with for 90 days until you obtain your NSW Competency Card which is valid for 5 years)
